You may cater your event with any caterer you choose. Please see below for catering
suggestions. All rooms may have beverages and food items served except for the Multimedia
Training Classroom, the Auditorium, the Distance Education Classrooms. The Executive
Board Room may have beverages only. The Reynolds Center offers a beverage only service
if you desire refreshments only.
Beverage Service Only
The Reynolds Center is pleased to offer simple beverage only services for a quick break,
successful finish, or great coffee to start the morning off strong. The amount of soft
drinks, bottled water, and coffee requested will be invoiced. If other soft drinks,
bottled water, or coffee is needed during the event, the amount will be added to the
requested amount for invoicing.
