Part of our mission at the Reynolds Center is to provide the best in state-of-the-art
technology to support your event. All of our rooms support full multimedia presentations.
This goes beyond simply providing a projector and screen. All our rooms are equipped with
the following:
- Computer Workstation with Projector, PowerPoint, and Internet access
- Interactive Whiteboard a.k.a. Smartboard (111, 202, 203)
- Internet Connections available at every seat in multimedia lab, 202, 203, and first two tiers of seating in auditorium.
- Document Camera (Plain Paper and Transparency Projector)
- TV, DVD, VCR, CD and Cassette player Sound System
- Audio and Video Conferencing - (202, 203 and auditorium)
- Podiums, Flipcharts, and Easels
- Telephone Lines
- Room 117 is a fully equipped computer and multimedia training classroom
Video & Broadcasting
- The Reynolds Center offers Video Taping and Broadcast services. The facilities include a Full Television Production Studio with teleprompter, green screen capabilities and three cameras. Non-linear editing with effects, character generator, still store, and animation.
- Streaming of Programs Live to the Internet.
- Single camera broadcast quality Remote Recording capability.
- There is an extra cost associated with video taping and broadcasting.
Printing
Please include equipment requests in the Presentation Equipment Section on the
Room Reservation Form. A staff member will be available to orient the presenter(s)
as to the use of the equipment they have requested. Any request received later than
1 week cannot be guaranteed available. Please book the needed AV equipment early
in order to reserve equipment.
