Each meeting room is equipped for multimedia presentations. A LCD data projector, ELMO document
cameras, PCs with MS Office, Internet connections, DVD, CD, audio tape, cable television access,
and VCRs are all part of the standard equipment. Our Multimedia Training Classroom features 24
computer workstations and one instructor's computer that can be projected to a large screen. This
classroom is ideal for system and software training sessions.
The center features state-of-the-art videoconferencing capabilities. Accommodating 36 participants
per room, our Distance Education Classrooms contain the standard multimedia equipment package plus
four remote-controlled cameras, an electronic whiteboard, and trained support personnel. Programs
can be delivered to sites nationally or internationally using compressed video or streaming video
over the Internet. A broadcast-quality television studio with three cameras, teleprompter, and
virtual set capability is available.
